About this event

NextGen Voices brings together founders, executives and emerging leaders for a full day devoted to one question: how do diverse teams actually build better companies? Expect candid panels, research-backed keynotes and workshops you can use on Monday morning.

Your ticket includes all sessions, the opening keynote by Amara Okafor, lunch and refreshments, the afternoon networking reception, and a digital playbook of templates and further reading.

Event schedule

  1. 9:00 am — Doors & welcome coffee. Registration, badge pickup and networking over coffee.
  2. 10:00 am — Opening keynote. Amara Okafor on building cultures where every voice counts.
  3. 11:30 am — Panel: hiring beyond the pipeline. Talent leaders share what actually moved their numbers.
  4. 1:00 pm — Lunch & roundtables. Hosted topic tables with speakers and sponsors.
  5. 3:00 pm — Workshops & closing reception. Hands-on sessions, then drinks and networking to 5:00 pm.

Venue & good to know

Harborline Convention Center sits on the riverwalk with step-free access throughout, live captioning in the main hall, and a quiet room on level two. Doors open at 8:30 am; parking is available on site and the venue is two blocks from the metro.
