Women in Motion is a one-day forum celebrating leaders who move industries forward. Through keynotes, skill-building workshops and small mentorship roundtables, you will leave with new contacts, new tactics and a clearer path to your next role.
Your ticket includes the opening keynote by Elena Rodriguez, your choice of three workshops, lunch, the mentorship matching session and access to the post-event digital community.

- 10:30 am — Workshop block one. Negotiation, personal branding or managing up — pick your track.
- 12:30 pm — Lunch & mentorship matching. Meet your roundtable mentor over lunch.
- 2:00 pm — Panel: the next rung. Executives on promotions, pivots and board seats.
- 4:00 pm — Roundtables & closing toast. Small-group mentoring, then a closing celebration.

Beacon Hall offers step-free access, live captioning, nursing and quiet rooms. Doors open at 8:30 am. The venue is a five-minute walk from South Station with discounted parking nearby.
